Recipe: Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte (serves two)
- 3 tsp. matcha green tea
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup water
- skim or almond milk to top
Place matcha, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and water in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour mixture into two ice-filled 12-oz. glasses. Top with milk.
We had delicious green tea drinks in Japan, and since coming back, we’ve been making some of our own. This recipe is quick, easy, and refreshing!
