Recipe: French Connection (serves one)
- 1 oz. brandy or Cognac
- 1/2 oz. amaretto
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled rocks glass and stir.
This is a simple but delicious two ingredient drink. It is similar to the B & B, but uses amaretto instead of Bénédictine. It is great as an after-dinner drink.
The Cognac. We like to use Rémy Martin VSOP.
The amaretto. Amaretto is an Italian almond-flavored liqueur, so we’re not quite sure why this drink is called the French Connection. We used Disaronno.
