Recipe: Jumping Jellybean (serves one)
- 3/4 oz. tequila
- 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- about 2 1/2 oz. chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine
Shake ingredients, except Champagne, in a shaker with ice. Strain into champagne flute, and top with the Champagne.
This is a refreshing, citrusy, Champagne-based cocktail. It’s perfect to serve at brunch, if your guests prefer more of a kick than the traditional mimosa.
