Recipe: Mexican Mule (serves one)
- 1 1/2 oz. tequila
- 2 oz. ginger beer
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- Crystalized ginger slice and a cherry
Pour ingredients into a copper mug with lots of ice. Stir. Garnish with ginger slice and cherry (I add a cherry to just about all cocktails).
