Recipe: Sparkling Cucumber Lemonade (serves one)
- 1.5 oz. lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 5 seedless cucumber slices, thinly sliced
- 1/2 oz. maple syrup
- 4 oz. club soda
- Lemon and cucumber slices for garnish
Muddle cucumber slices together with lemon juice and maple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add ice and club soda. Stir. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cucumber slice.
This is a nice twist on the typical lemonade, perfect for an Independence Day cook-out. If you prefer your lemonade non-sparkling or don’t have club soda, just use water.
