Recipe: Virgin Mule (serves one)
- 6 oz. ginger beer
- 1 oz. lime juice
- lime wheel and cherry
Pour liquid ingredients into an ice-filled glass. Stir. Garnish with lime wheel and cherry.
This is a Moscow Mule without the kick. Or, depending on what kind of ginger beer you use, it may have a kick just from the ginger.
The ginger beer. We like Fever Tree since it’s less sweet than other brands, and has a delicious ginger aroma and flavor.
