Cranberry Sparkling Cider

Cranberry Sparkling Cider

Recipe: Cranberry Sparkling Cider (serves one)

  • 1 part pure cranberry juice
  • 2 parts Martinelli’s sparking apple cider

Fill a champagne flute 1/3 of the way with cranberry juice. Top with sparkling apple cider.

This non-alcoholic drink is inspired by memories of family parties that featured cranberry juice mixed with ginger ale.  We’ve replaced the ginger ale with sparkling cider to make an entirely fruit-based version.  Pairing the cider with pure cranberry juice creates a delicious balance of tartness and sweetness — and it’s pretty, too.
