Recipe: Matcha Banana Blend (serves two)
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 banana
- 3 tsp. matcha green tea
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Puree in blender and serve over ice.
This green tea drink is great for an afternoon pick-me-up. It’s nice and frothy, too. You could make an ice-blended version, but it’s smoother on the rocks. If you don’t want to get out the blender, try an Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte instead.
