Recipe: Coffee Negroni (serves one)
- 1 oz. gin
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1/4 tsp. Starbucks VIA instant coffee
- orange twist
Shake gin, Campari, vermouth, and instant coffee vigorously with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
We had this variant of the Negroni at the Antique American Bar in Bratislava (the same place where we first tried orange wine). We love Negronis and this is a delicious variant: the bitter coffee really complements the Campari.
