Recipe: Carajillo (serves one)
- 1 oz. Licor 43
- 3/4 cup strong hot coffee
- whipped cream
- cinnamon
Pour liquid ingredients into a mug and stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon. Serve hot.
A carajillo is a Spanish coffee drink with a spirit or liqueur added. We made this version with the vanilla-y Licor 43 — we’ve been on a Licor 43 kick after making the 43 Screwdriver. Many carajillo recipes use iced coffee or iced espresso, but this hot version is nice as the weather gets cooler.
