Recipe: Sparkling Bourbon Apple Cider (serves one)
- 4 oz. sparkling apple cider
- 2 oz. bourbon
- rosemary sprig
- orange wheel
- cinnamon
- sugar
Pour equal parts cinnamon and sugar onto a plate and blend together. Run orange wedge around rim of rocks glass, turn the glass upside down on the plate, and coat rim with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Fill glass with ice. Add bourbon and sparkling apple cider. Stir. Garnish with orange wheel and rosemary.
This cocktail is perfect to get you in the holiday mood this Thanksgiving! The recipe is adapted from Set the Table. Without the cinnamon and rosemary sprig, it would be nothing to write home about, but the aromas from the garnishes make it absolutely delicious.
