We’ve been on a Chartreuse kick after visiting Chartreuse Kitchen and Cocktails in Detroit, where we got to try aged bottles of this classic French liqueur. The Plank Walker shows off Chartreuse and Scotch, making for a smokey, herbal cocktail. For more drinks with yellow Chartreuse, try the Nevadan, Alaskan, or Greenpoint. Or, if you’re interested in the more intense green Chartreuse, try the Last Word.
